What Happens Next?

 

  1. Verification: Confirming the incident location.

  2. Review: Examining the details of your complaint.

  3. Resolution: Listening to all parties to address your concerns.

  4. Investigation: Conducting a thorough inquiry if needed.

  5. Response: Communicating our findings and resolution to you via email.

 

Our Commitment to Timely Responses:

 

  • We aim to resolve complaints and provide a response within 10 business days of receipt.

  • If a complaint involves harm or the risk of harm, we will commence an immediate investigation.

  • Should we need more time, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and inform you when you can expect a resolution.
